Kevin Le Doux boasts an impressive career spanning almost 40 years. As Assistant Director of Materials Management at SUNY Downstate Medical Center from June 1993 to December 2017, Le Doux excelled in overseeing five service departments in a 375-bed facility. He managed daily supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient procurement, distribution, and inventory control of essential medical and operational supplies. During his tenure as Assistant Director at Long Island College Hospital from July 2013 to August 2014, Le Doux directed the restructuring of the storeroom and receiving areas, significantly improving efficiency. Prior to these roles, as Manager at SUNY Downstate Medical Center from July 1985 to June 1993, he implemented cost-saving measures, reducing archiving service costs from $3 million to $800 thousand annually, and streamlined delivery systems. Le Doux’s early career as Assistant Manager at SUNY Downstate Medical Center from September 1979 to July 1985 saw him supervising a team of 15 employees and four volunteers, managing various operational areas.
